Upper Darby swept the singles but encountered tough opposition in doubles as it recorded a 5-2 victory over Springfield in Central League play. Brandon Caban, Zoe Lor and William Lu won in straight sets in singles.
But Adam Dickerson and Ben Sati rebounded after losing the first set for a 3-6, 6-2, 13-11 win over Zach Thornton and William Scott.
The teams split the remaining doubles matches, Ani Tupia and Hazma Butt winning for the Royals (4-3, 2-3), Justin Collins and Mark Finley for the Cougars.
Radnor 5, Harriton 2 >> Max Safanov and Colton Markowitz won at first and third singles for the Raiders (5-2).
Robert Frigerio and Pat Farren won at first doubles for the Raiders, Max Xie and Joe Choi at fourth singles.
Conestoga 6, Strath Haven 0 >> Phinneas L’Armand beat Carson Lortz, 6-1, 6-1 for the Panthers’ win.
Haverford 5, Penncrest 2 >> Senior Jack McGovern and sophomore Michael Hughes set the tone with a quick 6-1, 6-4 victory at first doubles to help the Fords sweep the pairs competition. Varun Rajan and Eric Liu, Sammy Ortiz and Scott Kaplan and Abe Park and Andrew Borbi won their respective doubles matches in straight sets.
Howie Viguers and Daniel Esparragoza won at first and second singles, respectively, for the Lions.
In Del Val action:
Chichester 4, Glen Mills 1 >> Joey Hagel and Clif Paasewe won in straight sets in singles for Chichester. Ricky Van Newkirk and Tom Baney triumphed at first doubles, Jeff Reed and Kyle Mahoney at second singles for Chi.
Alex Lindley of Glen Mills beat Matt Salisbury 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 at third singles.

Roman Catholic 4, Bonner-Prendergast 1 >> John Staiber provided the highlight for Bonner-Prendergast as he battled back to defeat John Breighear, 1-6, 6-4, 6-1.

Haverford School 6, Episcopal Academy 1 >> John Walsh, Connor Lees and Grayson Potter won in singles for the Fords, Lees and Potter needing three sets apiece.
Luke Egan and Will McDevitt triumphed at first doubles, Julius Golz and Benji Bacharach at second doubles and Emilio Fink and Michael Pilkington in last doubles.
Episcopal Academy prevailed at third doubles with Alec Eringis and Nick Susteric winning in straight sets.
