Records: Central Bucks West is 4-5 overall, 1-4 in SOL Continental Conference, 20th in District 1-6A power rankings. Souderton is 5-4, 1-4 in SOL Continental Conference, tied for 13th in District 1-6A power rankings.
Last Week: Central Bucks West lost its third straight, falling to Central Bucks East 23-6 last Friday. Souderton cruised to a 35-7 win over Truman in their SOL non-conference matchup last Friday.
Last Meeting: A touchdown with 32 seconds left gave Souderton a 21-14 win over West in Week 2 last season.
Players to Watch: Souderton’s Koby Khan had a season-high 203 yards and two touchdowns in the win over Truman. CB West’s quarterback duo of Joshua Crecca and Ryan Moylan has thrown for 1,020 yards and six touchdowns.
Prediction: Souderton 28, Central Bucks West 21.

Norristown at Phoenixville
Time/Place: 7 p.m. Friday, Phoenixville Area High School.
Records: Norristown is 1-8 overall, 1-4 in PAC Liberty Division, tied for 30th in District 1-6A power rankings. Phoenixville is 3-6 overall, 1-4 in PAC Freedom, 20th in District 1-5A power rankings.
Last Week: Norristown beat Boyertown 201-4 for its first win of the season last Saturday. Phoenixville lost to Upper Merion 27-14 last Friday.
Last Meeting: The teams last met in 2010 when Norristown earned a 38-12 win.
Players to Watch: Norristown quarterback Izaiah Webb was 8-of-11 passing for 153 yards and 3 TDs against Boyertown. Phoenixville’s Matt Garcia is the PAC’s top rusher with 1,567 yards and 14 touchdowns.
Prediction: Phoenixville 24, Norristown 12.

Perkiomen Valley at Pottsgrove
Time/Place: 7 p.m. Friday, Pottsgrove High School.
Records: Perkiomen Valley is 9-0 overall, 5-0 in PAC Liberty Division, third in District 1-6A power rankings. Pottsgrove is 6-3 overall, 4-1 in PAC Freedom, second in District 1-4A power rankings.
What’s At Stake: The PAC championship as the Liberty Division champ PV and Freedom winner Pottsgrove meet in the league’s title game.
Last Week: Perk Valley beat Methacton 45-7 last Friday. Pottsgrove lost to Pope John Paul II 18-12 last Saturday.
Last Meeting: PV beat Pottsgrove 34-21 in Week 3 last season.
Players to Watch: Perk Valley’s Justin Jaworski is the PAC’s top receiving, hauling in 52 passes for 1,051 yards and 11 TDs. Pottsgrove counters with a ground attack led by Rahsul Faison’s 1,306 yards and 19 touchdowns.
Prediction: Perk Valley 35, Pottsgrove 20.

Owen J. Roberts at Upper Merion
Time/Place: 7 p.m. Friday, Upper Merion High School.
Records: Owen J. Roberts is 4-5 overall, 2-3 in PAC Liberty Division, tied for 21st in District 1-6A power rankings. Upper Merion is 3-6 overall, 2-3 in PAC Freedom, 19th in District 1-5A power rankings.
Last Week: Owen J. Roberts was shut out by Spring-Ford 58-0 last Saturday. Upper Merion beat Phoenixville 27-14 last Friday.
Last Meeting: The teams met in Week 4 of this season, OJR shutting out the Vikings 12-0.
Players to Watch: OJR quarterback Dawson Stuart has thrown for 1,138 yards nine touchdowns. Upper Merion’s rushing attack is led by Tyrese Leach (382 yards, 1 TD)and Zach DeSanto (286 yards, 2 TDs)
Prediction: Owen J. Roberts 20, Upper Merion 17.

Plymouth Whitemarsh at Quakertown
Time/Place: 7 p.m. Friday, Alumni Field, Quakertown Community High School.

Records: Plymouth Whitemarsh is 8-1 overall, 6-0 in SOL American Conference, 10th in District 1-6A power rankings. Quakertown is 4-5 overall, 4-2 in SOL American, 24th in District 1-6A power rankings.
What’s At Stake: A win secure Plymouth Whitemarsh its first SOL American Conference title since 2013.
Last Week: Quakertown earned a forfeit win over Springfield-Montco. PW beat Hatboro-Horsham 42-22 last Friday for an eighth straight win.
Last Meeting: The Colonial and Panthers last met in Week 4 of the 2009 season with Quakertown claiming a 27-14 win.
Players to Watch: PW’s Blaise Gravinese has eclipsed 100 yards on the ground the last two weeks, going for 131 in the Cheltenham win. Noah Wood leads Quakertown in rushing with 562 yards and six TDs.
Prediction: Plymouth Whitemarsh 26, Quakertown 20.

Spring-Ford at Upper Perkiomen
Time/Place: 7 p.m. Friday, Upper Perkiomen High School.
Records: Spring-Ford is 7-2 overall, 4-1 in PAC Liberty Division, eighth in District 1-6A power rankings. Upper Perkiomen is 5-4 overall, 4-1 in PAC Freedom, third in District 1-4A power rankings.
Last Week: Spring-Ford shut out Owen J. Roberts 58-0 last Saturday. Upper Perkiomen beat Pottstown 43-16 last Saturday.
Last Meeting: Spring-Ford routed Upper Perk 53-7 in Week 3 last season.
Players to Watch: Spring-Ford and Upper Perk had two of the PAC’s top QBs. The Rams’ TJ Pergine has thrown for 1713 yards and 23 scores while UP’s Zeke Hallman comes in with 1,588 yards and 22 TDs passing.
Prediction: Spring-Ford 35, Upper Perkiomen 17.

Upper Moreland at Upper Dublin
Time/Place: 7 p.m. Friday, Cardinal Stadium, Upper Dublin High School.

Last Week: Upper Moreland defeated Wissahickon 26-13 last Friday. Upper Dublin topped Hatboro-Horsham 42-21 last Friday.
Last Meeting: Upper Dublin topped the Golden Bears 35-7 in Week 8 last year.
Players to Watch: Upper Moreland’s Sterlen Barr ran for 142 yards and a TD in last week’s win over Wissahickon. UD ran for 399 last week with Malik Bootman scored 3 TDs and Naiim Huff finding the end zone twice.
Prediction: Upper Dublin 40, Upper Moreland 14.

North Penn at Abington
Time/Place: 7:30 p.m. Friday, Schwarzman Stadium, Abington Senior High School.

Records: North Penn is 9-0 overall, 6-0 in SOL Continental, first in the District 1-6A power rankings. Abington is 6-3 overall, 5-1 in SOL National, 12th in District 1-6A power rankings.
Last Week: North Penn clinched the outright SOL Continental title with a 52-6 win over William Tennent last Friday. Abington earned its third straight victory last Friday, topping Pennsbury 20-13.
Last Meeting: The Knights rolled pasted the Ghosts 63-21 in their Week 10 SOL National matchup last year.
Players to Watch: North Penn’s dynamic passing attack is balanced by a ground game led by Nick Dillon, who ran for 145 yards and four touchdowns in the Tennent win. Darryl Davis-McNeil paces the Abington rushing attack and scored a pair of touchdown in helping the Ghosts bests Pennsbury.
Prediction: North Penn 45, Abington 20.

Methacton at Pope John Paul II
Time/Place: 1 p.m. Saturday, Pope John Paul II High School.

Records: Methacton is 2-7 overall, 2-3 in PAC Liberty Division, 26th in District 1-6A power rankings. Pope John Paul II is 4-5 overall, 3-2 in PAC Freedom, fourth in District 1-4A power rankings.
Last Week: Methacton lost to Perkiomen Valley 45-7 last Friday. Pope John Paul II knocked off Pottsgrove 18-12 last Saturday.
Last Meeting: Methacton won its only game of 2015 by beating PJP II 21-14 in Week 9.
Players to Watch: Methacton QB Jason Eckman has thrown for over 100 yards the past three games and has 1059 yards 7 TDs so far in 2016. PJP’s Dan Cirino has caught 46 passes for 470 yards and six touchdowns.
Prediction: Pope John Paul II 21, Methacton 10.

Pennridge at Central Bucks East
Time/Place: 1 p.m. Saturday, Umbrell Field at Patriot Stadium, Central Bucks East High School.

Last Week: Pennridge lost to Central Bucks South 21-4 last Friday. CB East beat Central Bucks West 23-6 last Friday.
Last Meeting: East edged the Rams 16-10 in overtime in their Week 2 matchup last season.
Players to Watch: Pennridge QB Jagger Hartshorn leads the Rams in rushing this season with 1,020 yards and 14 TDs. East’s Wes Verbit is one of the SOL’s top receivers, having caught 42 passes for 783 yards and 10 touchdowns.
Prediction: Central Bucks East 31, Pennridge 28.

Germantown Academy at Malvern Prep
Time/Place: 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Malvern Prep.
Records: Germantown Academy is 6-1 overall, 2-0 in Inter-Ac League. Malvern Prep is 4-3 overall, 1-1 in Inter-Ac.
Last Week: GA edged Episcopal Academy 9-7 last Friday. Malvern Prep ended Haverford School’s 13-game Inter-Ac win streak last Saturday by beating the Fords 24-21.
Last Meeting: The teams met on Halloween last season with Malvern defeating GA 34-7 .
Players to Watch: Mike Reilly is GA’s top receiver with 21 catches for 434 yards and 4 TDs. Zac Fernandez led Malvern on the ground and has rushed for over 100 yards the past two games.
Prediction: Malvern Prep 28, GA 21.

Archbishop Wood at La Salle
Time/Place: 7 p.m. Saturday, Plymouth Whitemarsh High School.

Records: Archbishop Wood is 5-2-1 overall, 4-1 in PCL Red Division. La Salle is 5-3 overall, 4-1 in PCL Red Division.
Last Week: Archbishop Wood stepped out of PCL play and beat Upper Darby 40-7 last Saturday for the Vikings’ fifth straight victory. La Salle had its four-game win streak snapped St. Joseph’s Prep in last Saturday’s contest between the last two unbeaten sides in PCL play, falling 63-35.
Last Meeting: Wood bested the Explorers 27-24 in Week 6 last season.
Players to Watch: Wood’s Raheem Blackshear had three TDs — one rushing, two receiving — in last week’s Upper Darby win. The Explorers Troy Holland has caught 35 passes this season for 468 yards and four touchdowns.
Prediction: Archbishop Wood 45, La Salle 28.

Lansdale Catholic at Bishop McDevitt
Time/Place: 7 p.m. Saturday, Cheltenham High School.

Last Week: Lansdale Catholic lost to Haverford 38-7 last Friday. Bishop McDevitt fell to West Catholic 32-25 last Friday.
Last Meeting: LC earned a 20-6 victory over McDevitt in Week 6 last year.
Players to Watch: LC’s Matt Casee ran for over 100 yards for the second time this season against Haverford, finishing with 101 yards on 24 carries. McDevitt QB Max Bryson threw for 243 yards and three TDs against West Catholic last week.
Prediction: Lansdale Catholic 21, Bishop McDevitt 18.
