SINGLES FIRST TEAM ALL-AREA

Robyn Ferraro, Sr., Conestoga

Ferraro could not have asked for a better senior year, her first with Conestoga after transferring from Southern Lehigh. After winning the No. 1 singles spot in camp, Ferraro won the Central League title and finished in the top-six in the District 1-AAA Championships. She finished the year with a 17-3 record.

Ferraro, a co-captain, led Conestoga to the Central League title and second place in District 1-AAA. Committed to St. Joe’s.

Lauren Banner, Sr., Conestoga

Banner caps off her four year career with the Pioneers with her third consecutive first team selection. Moved down to No. 2 singles, but had one of her best seasons. Banner finished 18-2 and reached the second round of the District 1-AAA Championships. Named a co-captain, Banner led Conestoga to the Central League title and a second place finish in the District 1-AAA tournament.

Peyton Bradley, Fr., Downingtown West

Bradley stepped into the No. 1 slot for a young Downingtown West team and did not disappoint. She won the Ches-Mont National division title en route to a strong freshman season. Bradley reached the second round of the District 1-AAA tournament and led Downingtown West to an 8-5 record; three wins more than the previous season.

DOUBLES FIRST TEAM ALL-AREA

Lauren Ge, Sr./ Kaylee Yan, Jr.; Conestoga

The No. 1 doubles pair for the Pioneers had another dominant season as they received first team honors for the second consecutive year (third for Ge). The duo finished 19-1 on the year and finished fourth in the District 1-AAA Championships. Ge and Yan qualified for the PIAA tournament for the second straight year as well; reaching the quarterfinal round. Integral part of Conestoga’s second place finish in District 1-AAA Championships.

Lindsey Taaffe, Jr./Kaja Michel, So.; Conestoga

A year after earning second-team honors, Taaffe and Michel had a phenomenal season at No. 2 doubles for Conestoga. The pair went 21-1 in dual matches and provided strong depth for the Pioneers in their postseason run.

Kaitlyn Russell, Jr.-Elise Eginton, Jr.; Unionville

Russell and Eginton combined to form the top doubles team in the Ches-Mont League. The pair went undefeated in the regular season and the postseason for the Indians. This is the second first-team doubles honor for Eginton.

Amanda Baxter, Fr.-Julianne Rodgers, So.; W.C. Henderson

In their first season paired up in doubles, Baxter and Rodgers lost only two matches on the season and were a key piece in leading the Warriors to the Ches-Mont National Division title along with a PIAA semifinal appearance.
